Chef and Mixologist Alex Peralta, set out to create a restaurant that served delicious plant based food with a Caribbean flair paired with handcrafted cocktails.

Coming from Domincan Republic his goal was to create something different for his community in Washington Heights. The menu showcases the ingredients he grew up eating in the countryside.

Each dish on the menu is made from scratch with fresh plant based ingredients. He designed each cocktail with a story behind the ingredients.

He is committed to serve the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on and we source organic and local when possible.
